Optimizing Core Retraining, Part 1 – Live Webinar
January 7 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm MST
Rehab providers talk about “the core” frequently, especially for their patients with spine and lower extremity dysfunction. However, there is a wide range of practice patterns and little consensus regarding optimally training the core. This two-part course overviews current evidence and evidence-supported practices to optimize core retraining.
This is part 1 of a two-part course. This course includes anatomy and physiology of the core, examination techniques, and case studies.

- After this course, participants will be able to apply the relationship of the core system with the body and movement in order to support functional interventions for occupations and functional performance tasks.
