Promoting Paraprofessional Supervision Skills in Pre-Service & In-Service Teacher Prep Programs

This workshop addresses the issues of working with paraprofessionals with specific suggestions for incorporating supervision of paraprofessionals into pre-service teacher education as well as professional development programs in school districts. Included in the workshop are tools & resources for orientation, planning scheduling, delegation of tasks, coaching, monitoring performance, & managing the workplace.
