This workshop will explain what functional motions are needed for seniors to stay functionally active. Practical hands-on strategies will be demonstrated for improving proper biomechanics of functional walking & ADLs. Practical manual therapy techniques will be taught to attendees in a straightforward approach. Videos will be included to further teach the proper implementation of gait training.
