BOOT Camp (Beating Obesity With Occupational Therapy): A Holistic Pediatric Program – Live Webinar
January 8, 2026 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm MST
The BOOT program is an evidence-based occupational therapy approach designed to address childhood obesity through play-based exercise, nutrition education, and parent coaching. Children participate in structured, one-on-one sessions that build strength, endurance, and confidence while learning healthy routines around food and activity. Parents are supported with practical tools to reinforce positive habits at home, helping families create sustainable lifestyle changes. This program empowers children to thrive in their daily activities—such as self-care, play, education, and social participation—while improving long-term physical and mental health outcomes.
