SUMMARY:Evaluation of the Shoulder Complex - Webinar
DESCRIPTION:The prevalence of shoulder pain in the general population is estimated as being between 15 and 20%. It is the second most common reason for individuals with musculoskeletal seeking treatment from general medical practitioners. Clinicians are faced with the challenge of performing a timely\, comprehensive examination that provides the necessary information for the development of a clear plan of care for patients and clients. Once the examination is complete\, clinicians must choose the best evidence-based interventions. \nThis course will assist clinicians with prioritizing examination tests and measures by presenting recent diagnosis related research for the shoulder complex. A case-based clinical reasoning approach will provide participants with the ability to clearly communicate findings with patients and colleagues.
